These terms and conditions apply to the Rulo: AI Receipt Scanner app ("Application") created by Hasan Hut ("Service Provider") as a Freemium service.

By downloading or using the Application, you agree to the following terms.

Service Description

The Application allows users to:

  • Scan and digitally store receipts and invoices
  • Manage warranty documents
  • Automatically extract document content using AI

Data Storage and Processing

By using the Application, you consent to the storage and processing of the following data on Google Firebase servers:

  • Receipts, invoices, and warranty documents you scan
  • Text and information extracted from these documents
  • Your account information (email, profile photo)

The Service Provider may access this data for technical support and service improvement purposes.

Intellectual Property

Unauthorized copying, modification, or extraction of the Application's source code is strictly prohibited. All intellectual property rights related to the Application belong to the Service Provider.

User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your phone and Application access
  • The Application may not function properly on jailbroken or rooted devices
  • You are responsible for ensuring that the content you upload complies with applicable laws

Use of Artificial Intelligence

The Application uses artificial intelligence technologies for document scanning and text extraction. By using the Application, you consent to AI processing your data. You acknowledge that AI results may not be 100% accurate and that you should keep original copies of important documents.

Disclaimer

  • The Application is provided "AS IS"
  • Features requiring internet connection will not work without connectivity
  • Accuracy of AI-extracted information is not guaranteed
  • The Service Provider is not liable for damages arising from data loss

Subscription and Fees

  • The Application operates on a Freemium model
  • Premium features may require a subscription
  • Subscription fees are processed through the app store
  • For cancellation policies, please refer to the relevant app store's terms

Service Termination

The Service Provider reserves the right to:

  • Update the Application at any time
  • Terminate the service at any time

When the service is terminated, a reasonable period will be provided for you to export your data.

These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. Updates will be announced on this page.
